I do phone interview prescreenings for work. I often do them from home. This app was originally fantastic because it is super super cheap!!! I paid $5, have done many hours worth of interviews and still have $1.57 left. Unfortunately, it has some bad glitches. At least two or three times amidst a 25-30 minute interview, it sounds like it freezes and digitally "spazzes out" for lack of a way to describe the audio that goes with it. I thought I was the only one that could hear it and kept using this out of necessity. But recently I became aware that not only can they hear something as well, but that additionally, their side of the call is breaking up a lot and has a generally bad connection in addition to a delay. The misleading part about it (though the delay is more noticeable in some calls than others) is that on my end of the call, the recording is clear as a bell- other than the spaz outs, leading you to believe that all is well. I truly wish this worked better. And, like I said, I have used this for many hours (at least 4 hours+) and in many different locations/settings. Its the app- nothing else to blame. Bummer.
