Luv the app. Nice to have official phone records when dealing with insurance, phone, automobile, banks, and almost ANYTHING else I can think of. Used appropriately, it is a great tool.

I downloaded this app and used the credit it came w when downloaded. I was able to make calls and record very clearly. Im able to save my recordings and even email them if I choose. I could also switch the number to my own number instead of the default number given. I ran out of credit so I purchased more since u was happy w the download and read no bad reviews. It wasnt until I used it for the first time after purchasing my credits is where the problem first occurred. I make my call to record and it cuts out non stop. I cant hear the person on the other end and they cant hear me either for a few seconds than it happens again. My recordings are going I be heard in front if the judge and a whole court room and I cant afford cut out spots. Because of this my recordings might not even work. Thanks for making me waste my money time and now I have lost several recording due to cutting out or losing connection or whatever you want to call it. I want my money back!!!!!

Had to use it to make a call canceling a costly roofing contract my elder father was pressured into signing. Wanted to make sure theyd canceled it, just in case. The recording was easy to do and clear on playback. Pretty straight forward app.

I pay $250/mo for cell service. Why on earth would I want to pay more to make calls through Internet? In order to record your call it charges you to make calls online.

After the trail I purchased $20 in credits to continue use. The funds have been roved from my bank, but no credits avail to record with. I emailed to see what might be the problem and I have not heard a word from anyone!!!! It would have been a great relation, now I would like a refund, ASAP!!!

I used a credit card to buy $5 in credits. It will not show up in my account but my card was charged. Very unhappy right now.

With new update app keeps crashing on my iPhone 3GS. I have an important recording that I have not been able to save. PLEASE Fix ASAP

Paid $4.99 for credits to test before actual use. When I called my house phone, it would ring 2x then stop, then start ringing again and no caller ID until 4 rings later. Once established, no audio can be heard on receiving end. Wasted money.

It worked the first few times, so i put $50, and now does not work any more... How can i have my money back? DO NOT BUY ANY CREDIT FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I have made 2 calls with this app and found it very clear, and the price of the call with internet was either free or very low cost, not more than 22 cents a minute to call overseas, some countries free, but the list of countries served and costs are shown before you make the call. Also, a list of recent calls with details are noted with cost (if any) for call. I love this app so far:-) It is easy, user friendly, always works!! Try it!!
